Introduction Natural polymer, natural non-organic materials and synthetic polymer are widely used in tissue engineering.
In textile field, coarse wool(fibre diameter>30μm) and staple wool(fibre length <40mm) are abandoned as waster for their scratchiness in wearing and bad spinnability, which is a big waste for natural protein materials and also results in pollution to environment.
Experimental Materials and chemicals Wool(purchased from market).

PDS-FEM [2], a three dimensional fracture method, is efficiency to calculate the crack paths, especially for the branch or bifurcation cases usually observed in brittle materials.
The current version of PDS-FEM can only carry out the fracture analysis of the elastic materials.
However, most of the construction materials show nonlinear characteristics before collapse.

He found that ultrasonic drilling can avoid the splitting and burrs that often happen with composite materials [9].
It takes a longer time to remove the material using a large gap because the electrochemical machining is less effective and the result is not as good either.

Introduction In Modern Educational Technology—Heading for E-education edited by Professor Zhu Zhiting, the definition of IT-based Instructional Design is to offer informationalized environment for the learners by making full use of modern information technology and materials and arranging every link and element of teaching system scientifically so as to optimize the whole teaching process.
In his Instructional Design in the Educational Informationization, Professor Li Jiahou points out that IT-based Instructional Design is to make a specific plan on teaching segments: teaching objective, teaching content, teaching method, teaching strategy and teaching evaluation in order to set up the process or procedure of teaching system for better boosting the learners’ study by properly using system approach and modern information technology and materials with students centered [2].
Research Method and Tool This study, using content analysis, analyses papers related to instructional design from Chinese Journal Full-Text Database, Chinese Master's Theses Full-text Database, VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals.
