Investigation of high cycle and low cycle fatigue interaction on fatigue behavior of welded joints Liangchen Wu1, a, Dongpo Wang1,b 1 School of Material Science and Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072, China aulc_fj@126.com, bwangdp@tju.edu.cn Keywords: Welded Joints, Fatigue Behavior, Combined Cycle Fatigue, Low Cycle Fatigue, High Cycle Fatigue Abstract.
However, if it is superimposed on the low cycle load, the compound damage of material to engineering structures, in particular, to the welded structures, will be greatly accelerated.
Experimental Steel Q345 as specimen material for the welded structures was welded by CO2 gas shielded arc welding process.

Generally rubber magnets materials were produced by a mixture of magnetic powder and flexible material such as rubber (PVC) with softener (EVA) [1-4].
Barium ferrite or Strontium-Barium ferrite are the most popular of magnetic powders for rubber magnetic's raw materials [5-6].

K and c depend on the materials.
All result were obtained under the conditions of H=0.9, t=0.012, R=0.9, r0=0.9, and the materials is 16MnR, which was often used in pressure vessel.
The difference may be caused by ignoring the impact of materials elastic.

Distribution type security requirements command force situation real-time, and to combat troops material demand make accurate forecast, instead of the pre-war plans or battle of applications, in the management implementation goods dynamic flow instead of static material reserve, logistics to the speed instead of material quantity.
Direct material supply mode is the direct supply instead of Step distribution, transport system, realizes the battlefield user direct supply.
U.S. military equipment support system relying on its global asset visualization system, realized visualization in reserve assets, assets and assets, automatic identification technology, global transportation network, combined with resource information database and decision support system are integrated together, it can provide all information assets to leaders at all levels, materials management department, weapon system management departments and the related user, including its location, quantity, type, status, characteristics and so on, so that the relevant departments can track personnel flow and goods flow , command and control its reception, distribution and change, the materials supply and management has high transparency, realize real-time, in situ and precise amount of support.

Fig.1The simulative spent fuel subassembly and cross sectional view of fuel rod showed Steel shear force The material of steel pipe is 0Cr18Ni9, choose Johnson-cook as the material’s distortion failure constitutive model.
(a) (b) (c) Fig.3 Shear force during steel pipe shearing process Ceramic shear force Define concrete damage plasticity model as fracture criterion of ceramic in ABAQUS, this damage model is suitable for the analysis of quasi-brittle materials such as rock, mortar and ceramic, and provides an analysis model for ceramic after cyclic and dynamic load.
Conclusion In this paper, shearing fracture process of different materials formed spent fuel have been simulated, conclusions can be drawn that the maximum shearing force occurs at the critical time just before material fracture, and then decreases after fracture.

Therefore, developing a new antibacterial materials is a hot spot nowadays [1-3].
Antibacterial stainless steel has the dual characteristics as structural and antibacterial functional materials.
Hence it greatly broaden the application field of antibacterial material.
