In order to study the seismic behavior of post anchored RC members with different anchoring materials, such as the ductility, load carrying capacity, energy dissipation, etc, eight RC column joint specimens were designed and tested under repeated cyclical load.
Inorganic anchorage material named Jiyan was used, the strength is 40.4MPa and the shrinkage rate is 0.17%.
Analysis of ductility The deformability of organic anchorage material is better than inorganic anchorage material, when the anchorage length of organic adhesively rebars is more than 15D, the ductility factor of the column is more than 4.0, it has no difference with the integral member.
Anchorage length of 20D with inorganic material is suggested in practical project
