The tantalum oxide as nanostructure material have recently become attractive due to the particular fundamental properties that are present in such low-dimensional systems, which have unique properties different from those found in bulk scale.
The fabricated nanostructured films yielded high optical transmittance and were applicable for surface reaction devices and biocompatibility, as well as, photocatalytic materials and sensors.

At present, the study of the behavior of metal materials corroded by sludge has not been reported [5, 6].
Materials and instruments Experimental materials include distilled water, absolute alcohol, dilute sulfuric acid, manicipal sludge, and A3 carbon steel.
Fig.3 (d) and fig.3 (e) show that the main corrosion product of A3 carbon steel after experiments of different sludge pH is porous substance and bulk materials.
The element type of loose materials in fig.3(c) is few and the oxygen content is low, which indicates that its oxidation degree is less than corrosion product in fig.3 (b).

Generally, these materials contain high amounts of the oxide-forming element Cr to protect the
materials against rapid attack by the oxidizing environment [3, 4].
Small amounts of silicon, and Mn are often used in the alloy manufacturing process to reduce the oxygen level in the alloy materials.
