In this study, WSC-NPs and WSC-MPs were prepared in order to achieve greater efficiency of fat-absorption and reduce the side effects. 2 Materials and method 2.1 Materials Water-soluble chitosan (WSC), Shandong AoKang Biotechnology Co.
