It has been previously shown in fcc materials that the deformation texture is mainly composed by the combination of the two fibers <111> and <100> [11].
The deformed, partially and fully recrystallized materials have been analyzed with a Zeiss 940 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) with a tungsten filament.

Advantages of polymer bonding are pressure is not required, it use a simple process can quickly achieve low-temperature bonding between different materials.
For example, Jilin University got thermo-optic switch device with Norland optical adhesive[1], Ghent University conducted the research about BCB as bonding intermediate layer of semiconductor material bonded III-V and Si[2], Huazhong University of Science and Technology with UV adhesive bonding silicon and glass to achieve the bonding tensile strength of 26MPa[3], China Electronics Technology Group corporation with BCB bonding MEMS sensors, key combined shear force greater than 49N etc. 2, Process experiment This article use the material are LiNbO3, quartz XT cut, silicon, UV adhesive.
Table 2 shows some foreign researchers for thickness range of intermediate layer bonding material.

Conclusions This paper realized piezoelectric crystal and silicon wafer bonding by using new polymer materials NOA61.

The whole nation system professional team has huge resource advantage by centralizing the manpower, material and financial resources nationwide.
This kind of mode has the advantage of centralized and effective deployment of human and material resources, financial resources, which can lay a solid foundation for the Chinese professional golf sports reserve personnel training, and actively mobilize more social participation to golf.
Gradually build a golf athletes training system with physical education combination, science and training combination training, training and security combination.
Gradually form science content selection and training system combined with the physiological, psychological, physical brain function, sports nutrition, and sports rehabilitation.

Farms use the arched more than the other due to its better absorption of the sunray for crops and lower canopy material costs (for the same level projective planes, round square surface area than small).
(4) When choosing materials, we should take local economic development and other factors into consideration, in general, because we usually take the nearest subjects conveniently.
