The surface morphology and the crystal structure of manganese electrodeposits are analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and powder X-ray diffraction spectrometer (XRD), respectively.
Literature focused on the relation of electrolysis manganese condition and the deposition′s structure, crystal type and function in recent years.
In order to observe the crystal structure and purity of the deposition on stainless steel and titanium, after drying with the pure nitrogen, did X-ray diffraction experiment.

Atomic structures of fabricated Fe-Co alloys were investigated real time by time resolved x-ray absorption spectroscopy (TRXAS) at annealing temperature of 400° C.
The influence of annealing temperature can modify the atomic structures of Fe-Co alloys as indicated in the variation of extended x-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) peaks.
In order to investigate atomic structure of the alloy films by TRXAS, the deposited alloy films were peeled out from the ITO coated glass substrates.

Introduction Hydrosilylation, an addition reaction of Si-H bonds to unsaturated, vinyl or allyl groups, has been extensively used in silicon polymer chemistry for more than 30 years [1] for the synthesis of linear [2-7], graft [8], dendritic [9] and network polymers [10].
The composition and structure of Pt-complexes, oxidation state of platinum in active catalytic species, as well as the reaction kinetics, are still the subject of extensive investigations, providing the fact that many parameters, including the nature and concentration of unsaturated and SiH reactant, temperature and solvent, strongly influence the hydrosilylation mechanism.

The course includes theory and practical content, and the curricular system and practical teaching are intensify. [3] Based on three subject of Ferrous Metallurgy, Non-ferrous Metallurgy and Metallurgical Physical Chemistry in metallurgical engineering subject, the experimental teaching content involves all the experimental teaching content of 16 courses including basic major course.
On the other hand, the novel experimental system consolidates the experimental course knowledge of Ferrous Metallurgy, Physical Chemistry of Process Metallurgy, Fundamentals of Transfer Processes and Crystallography Mineralogy.
