Mechanical Benefits of Gas Assisted Injection Moulding Application in Design of Structural Parts Miroslav Košík1,a, Jozef Bílik1,b, Filip Polakovič2,c Slovak University of Technology - Faculty of Materials Science and Technology; 1 Institute of Production Technologies; 2 Institute of Materials Science; J.
Due to of many advantages and specific properties plastics are gradually becoming the most widely used materials in the engineering industry.
Introduction Plastics are currently leading materials in engineering industry.
In order to satisfy this requirement, they develop new polymers and composite materials.

The obtained results can be used to the proper selection of a material for screws, considering mechanical properties, the adequate design of forming processes as well as the selection of tool materials and tool geometry [4-6].
Only selected results are discussed, describing the materials being investigated, as well as the results of theoretical calculations performed for two material grades and for two different shapes of screw heads.
Data collected during hardness measurements were utilized for construction of the hardness curves for both analysed materials, typically used for production of cold drawn and headed screws or bolts [7].

In Fig. 7 (c) (d), the blade material is changed into a resilient and flexible materials, such as such as the spring material, rubber material, corresponding to evolve flexible rotor pump, flexible bushing pumps.
The flexible blade is only changed in mechanical materials, resulting of the structure and performance innovation, and expanding the application of such machinery products, being applied in the medical and biological engineering industry. 1-rotor; 2-linkage; 3-vane; 4- rotation block Fig.7 The evolution of the vane and rotor 4 Summary Any innovation is not a figment of imagination, but born by referencing each other and deducting mutually.

Since Kolsky [4] proposed SHPB experiment technology which can be used to test the dynamic compressive mechanical property of materials in 1949, it has been a standard experiment technology in testing the dynamic mechanical property of materials and widely used.
When loaded, the energy will greatly dissipate at the contact faces between different materials, and the energy dissipates much more with increase of joint filling width.
