In this thesis,LF21 aluminum alloy brazing materials were designed and prepared by Orthogonal experiment,and mechanical properties of the brazing specimen was tested.
Based on the GRNN(Generalized Regression Neural Network),Nonlinear relationship modle of brazing material preparation parameters and mechanical properties of the weldment was established.The results show that the model has better stability.When smooth factor value is 0.1,the network approximation error and prediction error absolute value is 0.01%.It can be realized that an nonliner mapping between the aluminum alloy brazing preparation parameters and solder joint tensil strenth based on the Orthogonal test and can do better prediction of the weld mechanical properties,according to brazing material preparation parameters.
,which are widely used in automobiles,high-speed railway vehicle, aerospace and military industries [1,2].Due to its unique physical and chemical properties,the aluminum alloy can get poor solderability and not solder easily.Brazing alloy as an important way to connect with,has the feather of small size brazing deformation and high precision.So in recent years,it has been extensively used by China's automobile industry.Aluminum brazing quality associated with the solder material (flux),the quality of performance of the aluminum brazing flux largely determined by the preparation process[3].Therefore, preparation of aluminum brazing flux is closely related to the solder pieces tensile strength,if we can build the model of the process parameters and weldment tensile strength relational,process parameters can be predicted from the weldment tensile strength,can also be optimized the process parameter maximum tensile strength of the weldment.Because the relationship between process parameters

Once the welding wires determined (usually according to the parent metal), the fluxes become the key materials that directly influence the weld metal properties (especially ductility and notch toughness at low temperature), welding flaws, welding rate etc.
