Introduction
SiC nanowires (NWs) are attractive because of the wide band gap, high electrical breakdown strength, radiation resistance, mechanical strength and thermal conductivity of this material.
So-called floating catalyst method have been developed for other materials systems, such as carbon nanotubes [8] and metal nanodots [9] in order to provide in-situ catalyst delivery.

Drucker-Prager model is that Drucker and Prager Proposed for geotechnical materials that can consider the influence of the hydrostatic pressure Drucker-Prager Yield and failure criteria in 1992,also called Mises Criterion[3].
Unlike metallic materials, Drucker-Prager yield surface is stress-related Von Mises surface.
The soil status is thawed soil, material models in the soil cohesion and internal friction angle as shown in Table 1, calculation assumes that the shear strength of permafrost and melting unchanged.

Numerical simulation of welding residual stress
Component Description.Analysis component of 8mm thick aluminum alloy butt welding tablet, Length 300mm, width 100mm.Use V-shaped mouth plate butt welding, flux with the base metal material are hard aluminum alloy 2A11, Welding groove angle of 60.In the welding process, tablet left side of the clamp fixed the right free. The use of finite element analysis to simulate the weld welding forming process, enter the material properties change with temperature, the material stress-strain curves for bilinear kinematic hardening.
The establishment of finite element analysis model was in consistent with the process of welding simulation, and using the same unit type and the grid partition way. 1) Determine exciting force It can be seen from reference material that the ultimate strength of 2A11 hard alloy is , the yield limit is , the fatigue limit is , defining yield limit , .
