A CAD Idea of Braided Composite
and Establishment of Its Relation Model

Based on the braiding process of composite, the axis direction stiffness/flexibility matrix, cell stiffness and engineering constants is acquired by the analysis of yarns and cell.
The yarn material, for example, carbon fiber, glass fiber, etc, can be selected, as well as the packing, such as resin, ceramic, etc.

Different bio-inspired approaches based on carefully architectured interfaces are able to provide a new pathway to toughening a series of materials i.e. glass, ceramics, other hard and brittle materials [2].
Computer based sketches were used in order to describe each idea in the conceptual design level and all of them were presented to an audience of 36 students from the final year of their studies in Industrial Design Engineering.
The lack of common practice in assessing the designs at a conceptual level was shorted by using teams of students from the last years of our institution’s Industrial Design Engineering course.

Abstract.
Usually, the insulation lining materials is rubber, PTFE, industrial ceramics, enamel and PVC[1]. in the process of using the electromagnetic flow meter, insulation lining is easy to fall off because of the fluid temperature and pressure changes, thus lead to the output signal of the electromagnetic flowmeter is changed, lead to the output signal is reduced and unstable.
