From the simulation results, found structure design and material property greatly affect on the dynamic performances of the simulator, confirmed the structure can meet its performance indicators and frequency response requirements.
The material properties can be shown as follows: Table 1 Material Properties of the Simulator Inner Frame, Middle Frame, Outer Frame The Base & Around Stents The Propeller Shaft Component Specification Elastic Modulus /(E/Gpa) Poisson’s Ratio Density /(kg/m3) Al 5052-H32 70.30 0.29 2.68 103 ASTM 897 125 0.25 7.10 103 Steel (AISI 1015) 205 0.28 7.86 103 Modal Analysis Dynamics is used to analyze dynamical characteristic of structure or component when inertia (mass effect) and damping playing important roles.
It is feasible to strengthen inner frame rigidity by selecting large damping material.
The dynamic datas first demonstrate the structure design and material feature are very important to structural dynamic characteristics, then confirm the simulator can successfully overcome harmful effects caused by resonance and other forced vibration, and next authenticate the structure can meet its accuracy design requirements.

Introduction
In the fields of Surface Engineering and Material Science [1], surface coatings or films on solid substrates are of considerable owing to their wide applications for protective, anti-corrosive or decorative purposes, such as all kinds of high-temperature-resistant coating in Aerospace equipment, insulation coating in Integrated Circuit, the erosion-resistant coating film in the gun tube, and a variety of decorative coating or films played a important role in the daily life and so on.
Since the different mechanical, thermal and other performances between the film material and substrate material, therefore, there are different stress inside the film material and substrate material in the process of the mechanical, thermal or other loads, which may lead to the failure of coating materials eventually.
However, this failure behavior would tend to take place when the film/substrate materials are subjected to strong impact loading, on the one hand the film would happen to strong deformation under impact load, and on the other hand the impact would generate a complex stress wave inside the film coating/substrate material.
The step pressure value depends on the impact velocity and on the nature of the flyer and target materials, while the step duration is proportional to the flyer thickness.
The flyer’s material is aluminum.

This paper
applies the finite element method to assess the suitability of the assumption for the generation of
material parameters, taking the model considering dynamic recrystallization as an example.
INTRODUCTION The hot upsetting of the small cylindrical specimen is used for testing the material parameters of metals under hot working condition usually.
The material parameters are identified based on the σ-ε curves and the values of the involved microscopic physical quantities.
The material parameters are identified from the experimental data on 26Cr2Ni4MoV [3] by inverse analysis method [4] and are given in Table.1.
