Introduction Composite materials have been widely used in aircraft structure design, and some structural components were made of all-composite in several advanced type.
Metal material is commonly applied in the cage construction of wing, and composite material is a better choice for skin of the wing for higher specific strength and stiffness.

First, the material model must represent the complex material behavior under high strain and strain rate.
The cutter/chip material separation model is the second aspect of the modeling difficulties.

Technological effort was concentrated to the production of materials with controlled physical properties, e.g., the functionally graded materials.
In this sense, multilayers can be understood as a particular case of functionally graded materials.
Functionally graded materials Cutting tools, in which the mechanical properties change continuously from the surface into the interior of the sample, are a good example of functionally graded materials.

Single-grain grinding test plays an important part in studying the high speed grinding mechanism of materials.
Some single grain tests have been carried out for two decades to analyze the real process of the high speed grinding, but most of them were performed on ceramic materials[4-7].
Thus, the chips of titanium alloy material occurred with the adiabatic shearing and slipping behavior.

It was because the contact time of material and catalyst reduced with the increase of flow rate, leading to the reaction time shorter, the reaction could not carry out very well.

The active damping effect of the smart matrix composite made of epoxy resin with embedded fibers of TiNi SMA (Shape Memory Alloy), known as a functional material, has been studied in this research to examine if it is possible to apply the composite as a damping material.
These smart matrix composites are expected to be used as damping materials because the loss factors of the recent damping material in general are in the range between 0.01 and 1.
