Introduction The laser-driven flyer is a novel and valuable laser indirect drive technique, which has been applied in the fields of the high speed collision in outer space [1,2], characterizing the dynamic behavior of materials and so on [3,4].
Both the flyer and the workpiece are aluminum, because aluminum is also used for MEMS materials.
