The down conversion materials already have been implemented on different types of solar cells and enhanced their performance [3-5].
The integration of plasmonic metal nanoparticles with fluorescent materials is believed to be a promising approach for enhancing the PL (photoluminescence) of fluorescent materials [8,9].

Test Results and Discussion 3.1 Effects of activator on the properties of alkaline cementitious materials The setting time and strength of alkaline cementitious material in all ages are tested on conditions that the fixed content is 8%, water-cement ratio is 0.28 while the mixture of water glass (module 1.4) and NaOH is used as as activator.
So the gypsum dosage is set to 8% in latter tests. 3.3 Effect of water glass on the strength of alkali cementitious materials Water glass of modulus 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6 are chosen as alkali activators.
This is because when the alkali content is low, the alkalinity of cementitious materials paste increases effectively with the increase of alkali content and that promotes slag hydrolysis.
