The spray formed steels have small size evenly distributed precipitates compared to ingot metallurgy based materials, leading to superior properties even at an industrial scale[2-3].
As a result, spray formed materials are free from macro-segregation and have much finer, more homogeneous and equiaxed grain structures than the conventionally made ones[8].

These polymeric materials have superior mechanical, thermal and anticorrosive characteristics ideally suitable for adverse environmental conditions [3].
On the other hand, most of the coating materials are toxic and harmful to the environment [3].
As such, recycle waste materials or biomass in general, is a promising option for coating agents (chemicals).

Creating smart objects with RFID tags Typical production objects in shop-floors include tools, mobile and stationary assets, spaces and locations, work centres, human resources, materials, and doors and gates [8].
RFID tags were used to identify workshop workers, WIP, materials, and MIWC were installed at important positions to collect real-time operation state information, which was transmitted and shared in the whole enterprise.

The phase-transition temperature of normal VO2 materials is about 68 ºC, and its semiconducting phase at low temperature and metallic state at high temperature are respectively optically transparent with high-impedance and reflective with low-impedance [2].
Subsequent research indicates that nanocrystalline VO2 thin films have remarkably different phase-transition characteristics from farinose and microcrystalline VO2 materials and are difficult to be fabricated by conventional ion sputtering technology.
