Port, as the location of intended interaction, plays an important role in the configuration design, which abstractly represents the intended exchange of signals, energy or material in a convenient way.
The external ports denote the energy, material or signal interfaces between a component and its environment.

The properties of piezoelectric thin-film substrates are determined by the structures of the substrates, the piezoelectric material, the metal film thickness and etc.
The multi-layer thin-film substrates consists of a thin layer of piezoelectric material, such as ZnO or AlN, that is grown on a hard material, such as diamond or sapphire.
In addition, as long as the material property of each layer is known, the analysis method used in this paper can also be modified to analyze other types of substrates.

Introduction Cobalt-based superalloys possess many attractive balanced properties of high temperature strength, toughness, and excellent hot corrosion resistance to degradation in corrosive or oxidizing environments, which make the materials widely used in established military and commercial gas turbine engines for combustion cans, transition ducts and other high temperature components.
In recent years, a series of Co-based amorphous or nanocrystalline alloys such as CoSi [2, 3] have been studied as better materials for hydrogen storage.
