Introduction
Tissue engineering is a promising therapeutic approach that combines cells, biomaterials and
environmental factors to induce differentiation signals into surgically transplantable formats and
promote tissue repair and/or functional restoration.
Despite many advances, researchers in this field still face significant challenges in repairing, replacing or regenerating specific tissues or organs [1,2].
Further studies of size, shape and surface properties of alginate gels in conjunction with bioreactor design will lead to optimization of cultivation conditions for engineering of variously designed transplants.

Moreover, two ways were used to distribute the surveys; the first one is to create google forum on the internet to reach a large number of people, and this method was useful to reach to the significant number of people in the short period compared to the second one which convenient way to distribute printed questionnaires. 3.2 Questionnaire design The survey was designed with the objective of obtaining information from drivers, passengers, pedestrians to get more respondents about the factors affecting the road traffic accidents in Libya.

Abstract: The corresponding matching relation between the trunk road network distribution and urban layout system development is disclosed through analysis of the correlation between road network structure and urban distribution system development.
The accessibility of traffic network of Zhangjiakou is not advanced and has a development space because the traffic network measurement center of Zhangjiakou has a tendency to turn to the surrounding areas and the rate of diverge turns to be decreased.
