There are lots of researches on left-handed materials (LHM) which are mostly realized by using SRR and it has important implication for stealth of targets.
For the refractive index in negative near the resonance frequency of left-handed material unit, it is feasible to reduce the RCS of antenna by adjusting the refractive index of SRR.
