For organic materials in WAS is in the form of particulates, and this makes hydrolysis of these particulates the obstacle when digestion process is employed for treatment [4, 5, 6].
However, early investigation shows that hydrolysis of the organic particulates could be enhanced both in organic material degradation and in biogas production, especially in small- and medium-sized WWTPs [7].
