So the corpus-based WSD method costs a lot of manpower and material resources for the construction of corpus, and the disambiguation effect of ambiguous words seriously depends on the quality and the coverage of the corpus.

Micro electro-discharge machining (MEDM)is a technology which is suitable for miniaturized machining metals and other conductive materials.
The effect of the bond course between the metal bodies and the piezoelectric ceramic is neglected and the vibrator is taken as a whole body which has different materials.

Introduction Particles at micro/nano-meter scales can be packed into bulk materials of interests from sciences to applications [1-2], such as, photonics, electronics, sensors, energy storage, catalysis, and coatings.
Packing colloidal particles by evaporation is a ubiquitous way to make such materials [3-7].

The DACs are also important intermediates in the preparation of new derivertives, and could be made for some functional cellulose derivatives materials with fluorescence property, energy store or chelating function.
Bacterial cellulose (BC) is one good raw material to prepare DAC of excellent mechanical performance [3].

The concentration of PDDA aqueous solution is 1% wt .The attractive force between positively charged PDDA polymer and negatively charged ITO surface leads to the growth of PDDA monolayer through self-organization or association of charge pairs[6].The PDDA-coated surface was washed with deionized water to remove all non-bound materials.
Table 1 Photovoltaic Performance of Inverted OPVs with or without PDDA Type of Devices WF of ITO(eV) Voc(mV) Jsc(mA /cm2) FF PCE(%) Without PDDA 4.78±0.05 0.53 8.43 0.41 1.82 With PDDA 4.45±0.05 0.52 9.34 0.43 2.06 Figure 2 Energy level for the inverted OPV cell As indicated in table1,the work function of ITO with PDDA deposition is decreased by nearly 0.3eV (from 4.78eV to 4.45eV).The energy level of other material of this inverted OPV structure has been measured in previous work .This result suggests that the PDDA layer is physisorbed on the conductor’s surface, which would substantially reduce the WF of such a diverse group of conducting materials.
Both Fermi level and electron affinity can be changed simultaneously if a dipole layer interacts strongly with its adjacent material.

A new software was developed for the X-ray stress analysis of textured materials, especially useful in the case of thin films and coating.
However, measurement techniques developed for bulk materials may not be applied straightforwardly.
