In silico tests are carried out in the order of protein preparation, structure preparation of test compounds, validation, and molecular docking [17].
The antioxidant activity of pHmMC was contributed from the presence of free hydroxyl group (OH) and double bonds (C = C) in its structure.

UV-visible spectroscopy was used to monitor benzene sulfonate structure in sodium styrene sulfonate of the polymer chain at 224 nm.
The last decomposition stage at high temperatures (550–1100°C) was generally associated with a further progress in the decomposition of polymer backbone structure.
Furthurmore, determinition of the remaining polymer can be quantified by monitoring aromatic structure of the terpolymer.

Jiang et al.[7] calculated adsorption potentials of CH4 and CO2 on coal from the point of view of quantum chemistry, it shows that the adsorption potential of CO2 is greater than that of CH4 .
Liu[11] confirmed that supercritical CO2 reaction with minerals during CO2 storage process and the storage influence the pore structure is the instinct characteristic of pore system.
what changed to chemical composition and chemical structure of coal before and after supercritical CO2 extraction and which changed have what affection on coal adsorptivity?
What changes on pore structure and the coupling relationship between pore structure and adsorptivity?
All those questions must be answered with crystallography, geology and surface chemistry.

On the other hand, changing the size and structure of two-dimensional materials result to nanostructures with new and unique properties.
These nanoallotropes consist mainly of sp2 carbon atoms positioned in a hexagonal network, meaning that this common structure leads to some common properties e.g., similar levels in optoelectronic properties, mechanical strength, and chemical reactivity.
After a filtration process nanotube-like structures we observed, as reveal from AFM images (Fig. 4B).

Physical structure of coal In the commonly used classification according to the pore size introduced by the IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) there are three types of pores (table 1): micropores, mesopores, macropores.
Fig. 3 Coal sample used for microscopic examination The porous coal structure is associated with the presence of particular maceral.
The analyses showed the presence of pores in the coal structure of different sizes.
Based on the results of laboratory tests may be noted that the analyzed coal has a granular structure, as shown in the pictures.
Also the grain structure is characterized by large surface area what can cause a big amount of CH4 to be adsorbed on the coal grains.

It was confirmed that rGO was successfully combined with the MCN without affecting the structure of the MCN.
The structures of MCN, GO and rGO(x)-MCN composites were investigated and their XRD patterns are shown in Fig. 1(a).
The peaks (100) and (002) confirmed the presence of the in-plane triazine units and graphitic structure of the MCN.
These results indicated that GO was present in the composites and did not disrupt the graphitic structure of MCN.

It is obviously observed that both deposition and mobilization of particles are dependent on solution chemistry and hydrodynamic conditions and are significantly affected by the form and size of the local roughness of the pore surface.
However, when the hydrodynamic conditions and/or the system chemistry is changed, adsorbed colloidal particles may be removed from the pore surface and transported by the bulk flow before they are possibly re-adsorbed elsewhere [4].
Solution chemistry The background solution was prepared with deionized water and potassium iodide (KI).
Such heterogeneities indeed affect the disjoining pressure both in magnitude and range and the presence of surface asperities bring additional modifications of the flow structure in the particle/grain contact region influencing hence both retention and release of particles.
In the experimental study, it was successively shown that: - For a given hydrodynamic conditions and suspension chemistry, the colloids deposition process is “piston-like” and the deposited layer at the end of the process is a monolayer.
