In the EDM of ordinary metal materials, the longer the pulse-on-time is, the higher the stock removal rate becomes.

Emergency logistics refers to the special type of logistic activity which aims at providing emergency materials essential to serious natural calamities, accidents, and public sanitation incidents and pursuing the maximization of time efficiency and minimization of disaster losses [1].
He studied on the distribution of rescue materials with the method of hybrid fuzzy clustering and built up the regression analysis method on the basis of the three-level economic logistics distribution model [2].
Yi W et. al. studied the FLP and VRP in the emergency logistics as well as the coordination of the urgent distribution of emergency materials and victims evacuation in disaster-stricken areas, and established a dynamic logistic coordination model of evacuation of the wounded and supply of rescue materials [4].
