Introduction
Aerospace materials such as titanium alloys are known for their superior combination of metallurgical and physical properties.
Chip segmentation observed in Ti-6Al-4V machining, compounds the difficulties in machining even at low cutting speeds.
The causes and effects of chip segmentation in titanium alloys have received important attention in the aim of selecting the optimal cutting conditions to improve the production and increase the tool life and surface quality [3].Sharif and Rahim [4] investigated the performance of uncoated tungsten carbide and titanium aluminium nitride twist drills and studied the effect of cutting speed on tool wear, tool life and surface finish.

Non-conventional kind of electric discharge machining (EDM) process has been successfully used to machine titanium and its alloys.
Tempering is required only for titanium and its alloys.
Ahead of the EDS analysis in order to confirm the formation of different chemical compounds and phases X-ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis is performed.
However, due to very low score these precipitated compounds can not be seen in the XRD pattern.

Department of Materials Science at Silesian University of Technology since 10 years conducts researches to learn about the structural phenomena which occur during hot plastic treatment which are aimed at elaboration of a technology of heat and plastic treatment of selected alloys from Al-Fe diagram.
Consequently, the research of intermetallic-phase-based alloys focuses on their plasticity.

Mechanical alloying is known to be one of the simplest methods to produce homogeneous and fine
nanostructured alloy powders on relatively large scale.
The reported material systems involve most of hard-to-sinter materials such as intermetallic compounds [6] and refractory [7-8], high-performance engineering ceramics and their composites [9-13].
In this study a production of nanostructured NiAl powder and its full densification by SPS was aimed.
Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) XRD analysis for sintered bodies (Fig. 3(a)) revealed that Ni3Al coexists as the second phase together with NiAl.

The trapping grids are made of palladium alloys and placed after the catalyst grids, and the volatilized platinum oxide is transferred by gas flow to their surface, where platinum is reduced and subsequently diffused into the material of the trapping grid.
The aim of this work is to increase the efficiency of wire production technology for the manufacture of trapping grids.
