The absorber material (copper indium gallium diselenide) used by Repins et al. for this high efficiency thin film solar cell device was prepared by co-evaporation of elemental materials (copper, indium, gallium and selenium) from individual sources.

Abstract.
Since Hosaka et al. introduced the EB drawing system comprised of a field-emission (FE) electron gun for the emission of very fine Gaussian beams [5], we have demonstrated to form very fine dot arrays on Si substrate with 20 x 20 nm2 pitch using calixarene negative resist [2, 6, 7].

The real CFST columns tested by Han et al. [16] were used in this paper, and the parameters were as follows: column height was 1.5m, width and depth of square section were 120mm, the thickness of steel tube were selected as 2.65mm, 3.65mm and 4.65mm, respectively, fcu’ was 61.2MPa, was 0.2, the yield strength and elastic modulus of steel tube were 340MPa and 207GPa.
The El Centro earthquake and harmonic excitation were selected and scaled to the peak acceleration of 1.5g and 0.1g respectively.
