POLYFLOW is based on the finite element method of computer fluid dynamics (CFD) software, is used in the viscoelastic material flow simulation, can solve the isothermal/nonisothermal, 2d/3d, steady-state/unsteady flow problem encountered in processing polymer, rubber, food, and glass, is used for the polymer extrusion, blowing, brushing, mixing, coating process of laminar flow, heat transfer and chemical reaction process [2].

Machine Principles of Rapid Prototyping Modern forming/shaping science is the science that researches on orderly organizing the materials into a three-dimensional (3-D) part with determined shape and functions.
Therefore, rapid prototyping technology is a new technology, which is a combination of computer-aided design, precision machinery, CNC, laser technology and materials science, and essentially different from traditional manufacturing methods.
For example, SLA is used for forming material of liquid photosensitive resin, LOM is used for material of paper, FDM is used for fiber materials, and SLS is used for powder materials.
For example, with the support of the national 863 program, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences has achieved certain results in the study of rapid prototyping technology of nano-crystalline ceramic materials, metal materials, heterogeneous materials, and so on.

Lycium barbarum as raw materials, after press, enzymatic hydrolysis, separation and drying process to a series of different Lycium barbarum products, through determination of effective ingredients content, such as carotenoid, amino acid, crude protein, crude fat, tried to explore the influence of effective component on different processing methods.
However the Lycium as the raw materials, the changes of active substance content in process products, has not been reported in the literature with detailed.
