XRD patterns of hydrothermal product (a) and its calcined product In2O3 (b) The XRD pattern of the sample obtained in hydrothermal route, which can be indexed to the In(OH)3 (JCPDS, No. 76-1464), no other peaks can be observed, revealing its phase-pure cubic structures.
Due to the alkali of sodium oleate in water can provide plenty of OH- to promote the growth of nanocrystals, the In(OH)3 belt-like structure obtained.
Cubic In2O3, as a typical n-type semiconductor, has an oxygen-deficient fluorite structure with twice the unit-cell edge of the corresponding fluorite cell and with 1/4 of the anions missing in an ordered way, which would induce the formation of new energy levels in the band gap 16.
Hence, the In(OH)3 belt-like structure was obtained.

Otherwise calcium aluminates are well known and commonly used system, strontium aluminates (where Ca2+ ions in aluminate structure are replaced with Sr2+) lead to higher courses of hydration and thermal stability at higher temperatures [6].
The following silicate chemistry notation is used in this paper: Sr = SrO; A = Al2O3; H = H2O.
Molar ratio of SrO:Al2O3 was set to 0.96 to preserve the structure and to avoid formation of amorphous melt (see Fig.1).
The different temperatures of solid state reaction were set from main points given by the previous TG-DTA analysis: 300°C – dehydration of Sr3AH6 phase, 600°C – oxidation of PVAl, 1,000°C – transition of crystal structure and 1,700°C – sintering process.
This increasing tendency should be connected with the beginning of sintering process and formation of ceramic bonding in the structure.

It should be noted that both molecular weights and their polydispersities obtained by GPC were calculated by using linear polystyrene standards, which were obviously different in chemistry and structure from the prepared A2BA2-type block copolymers[11].
