Optimized Design of the Horn of Ultrasonic Roll Welding Kuen-Ming Shu 1, a, Yu-Guang Li 2,b ,Chun-Chi Chan3,c, Jonq-Bor Kuan3,d 1 Professor, Department of Mechanical and Computer-aided Engineering, National Formosa University, Taiwan, 632 ROC. 2 Institute of Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering, National Formosa University, Taiwan, 632 ROC. 3Department of Mechanical and Computer-Aided Engineering, National Formosa University, Taiwan, 632 ROC.
The principle of ultrasonic roll welding is to generate vibration by transmitting high frequency sound waves to piezoelectric ceramic and resonate with the disc by transmitting the vibration in the form of vertical waves through the amplitude horn mounted on the front end of the transducer.

Properties of CNT and few other engineering materials are compared in table 1.
Table 1: Comparison of properties of CNT and other engineering materials.
Compromising these challenges by some future studies in this field can make these composites as materials of the future for engineering applications.
