Introduction From the late 1960s, aircraft parts made from composite materials have become more and more popular, and applied in primary force-taking structure gradually[1].
In F22 forward-swept wing panel, blended wing body, frame and beam of fuselage, S shaped inlet, tail plane pivot etc. are made of composite materials.
A350XWB, that just first flight, the weight of composite materials has up to 53% of the total structure weight[1].
For the difference of material property, the expanding material volume is different in CFRP and AL alloy part.

The particle size distribution, morphology, and chemical composition of the Ti6Al4V, which is one of the most common materials for biomedical implants because of its high strength to weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and its biocompatibility features, have been investigated.
The titanium alloy, Ti6Al4V, which is one of the most biocompatible materials, was used in this experiment.
The entire EBM process is conducted in a vacuum chamber which is appropriate for materials with a high affinity to oxygen [4].
Moreover, the hardness of the specimen was decreased after the compression testing for both as-built and machined samples and this can be attributed to the fact that the effect of the compression is to soften the material.
