Latest Development of Accuracy Recession of Numerically-Controlled Machine Tools Liu shang1,Zhang xiaolong2 Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650500,China Email:420513004@qq.com Key words: CNC machine tools; Accuracy of the recession; Accuracy stable; Wear and tear Abstract: Accuracy recession is the prime cause which affects the accuracy retentivity of highly-precise Numerically-Controlled Machine Tools, and in recent years a lot of work has been done in this field at home and abroad.
The accuracy recession also known as no effect of precision abroad, and the no effect does not mean the physical destruction of the material itself, but refers to that the work performance of the machine tool cannot meet the requirements of processed products, therefore accuracy recession can also be seen as one of the manifestations of non-destructive failure of the precise CNC machine tool [4].
In our country, the major science and technology project, 'High-leveled numerically-controlled machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment', successively and specifically listed issues to support the research on the accuracy recession of numerically-controlled machine tools in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

If using high cost of electron beam welding, the strength of welded joint only reaches 85% of parent material strength, though it is harder than TIG welding.
Experimental Experiment material is ZL114A under T6 treatment, The size of welding plate is 300mm×80mm×4mm,its chemical composition is showing in table 1.
