So, this paper mainly discuss influences of grinding parameters on residual stresses in
quick-point grinding, in terms of wheel speed, workspeed, wheel depth of cut, material removal rate,
wheel characteristics, variables angle of wheel spindle and material conditions.
The test-bed was set with hydro-hybrid journal bearing principal axis cell(33KW, 10000r/min), a #120 vitrified bonded CBN wheel, which was dressed with a diamond rotary dressing wheel, and then used to traverse grinding hardened 45# steel.
There is hurtful residual tensile stress under ground condition of working procedure 3 at Vs=120m/s and variables angle α=0 0,β=0 0, which is happened as a result of thermal expansion and contraction and phase transformations of material of 0.00 0.02 0.04 0.06 0.08 0.10 Ra[μm] Cut depth [mm] 0.002 0.004 0.008 0.01 0.02 Infeed [mm/min] 30 15 7.5 6 3 Angle α, β[0] 5 2.5 0 -2.5 -5 Vs [m/s] 80 100 120 100 80 Work procedure 1 2 3 4 5 workpiece surface by high grinding temperature.

Introduction
Multiferroic materials, which exhibit both magnetic order and ferroelectricity in the same phase[1, 2], have attracted renewed fundamental interest not only in condensed mater physics but also for their plausible use in the circuit device industry recently[3, 4].
For instance, ferromagnetic material BiMnO3[10] and antiferromagnetic (AFM) material BiFeO3[11, 12] have been studied extensively in the last decade.
