Abstract
During chip formation, material is subjected to high deformations and high strain rates which generate high pressures and temperatures.
The main parameters which affect the simulation results are the friction coefficient μ and the material data.
Validation for carbide tools and titanium alloys In order to describe the material behaviour at high deformation rates, a new material model is used to take into account strain rate hardening, thermal-softening and strain-softening phenomena.

In this article, (NH4)2TiF6, SrNO3 and H3BO3 were used as raw materials to prepare the
precursor solution with the ratio of AHFT/SN/BA=1:1:3.
The characteristics of reverse bistable polarization of the ferroelectric thin film materials with spontaneous polarization as the external electric field have been studied to develop ferroelectric storage with non-volatility, that is, the stored data still remain even if the electricity is cut off.
If these methods tend to prepare the nano film materials with the dense and homogenous structure, the controlled thickness and the higher crystallization, they need the special equipments, the complicated preparatory technology and the preparatory conditions of vacuum and higher temperature.
Using (NH4)2TiF6 (AHFT, chemical purity), Sr(NO3)3(SN, analytical purity) and H3BO3(BA, analytical purity) as the raw materials, the precursor solution was prepared with the ratio of AHFT/SN/BA=1:1:3.
