Introduction
The energy is important material resources which is indispensable in the human survival, economic development, social progress and modern civilization[1].
The following is K value determination under a nitrogen atmosphere: The system constant K is the per unit of input power to heat palladium materials cause temperature rise.
The following experiments are charged with deuterium ratio: Because the degree of palladium absorbed deuterium, it will directly affect the deuterium palladium materials trigger the experimental results.

Abstract.
Experimental Section HAP nanoparticles doped with Ce3+ and Tb3+ were prepared by a modified hydrothermal using CaCl2 and NaH2PO4 as raw materials, CTAB as a template, hexamethylene tetramine(HMT) as pH conditioning agent. The terbium and cerium sources for the synthesis were terbium oxide (Tb4O9; 99.99% pure, Conghua Jianfeng Rare Earth Co.Ltd.

The useful life of the cutters, the quality of machining the work pieces and the efficiency of the cutting process are all affected by the structure of the cutters, the materials and the geometry of the cutting edge.
Cheng kai finished the dynamic finite element simulation of the homogeneous materials and advanced accurate turning process, used different cutting parameters to implement some groups of simulation so as to get the cutting force, the straining and the distribution of the temperature field.
Cutter’s material characteristics.

It is shown that 150 mm substrates exhibit TSD and BPD densities very similar to the 100 mm materials.
Fig. 10 demonstrates low FWHM and small peak position delta for the larger diameter materials with results similar to 100 mm materials.
The TSD and BPD densities are very similar to the 100 mm materials.
Future work on larger diameter materials is required to continue to drive the defect densities lower.
