In sub 0.1um MOS device, it requires new high-K materials as gate dielectrics which can prevent tunneling and reduce the direct tunneling current due to the higher dielectric constants[2].
During various high-K materials, silicon nitride is in common use and already have mature manufacturing methods, whose dielectric constant K=7,which is larger than silica’s(K=3.9).It indicates that silicon nitride will be the key research of gate dielectric materials in the next few years[3].
However, the use of silicon nitride material can not solve the problem of tunneling current permanently.

Introduction Torsion tests have been employed to study the deformation behaviour at large strains for variety of materials [1-2].
All the curves showed three different stages of strain hardening namely stage A, B and C that are commonly observed for hexagonal materials that deform by twinning [6].

College, Dalian University, Dalian, China 2China building materials science research institute, China aLiweihong714@163.com Keywords: Photovoltaic insulating glass; Finite elements analysis; Heat stress; Deflection Abstract.
Composite material coefficient of thermal expansion anisotropy and layer direction asymmetry caused by the coupling effect, make the composite materials in temperature change structure internal produce thermal stress.
In the finite element software, can through the laminated unit or multilayer unit of composite materials for modeling, and structural analysis and thermal analysis.
Composite material of each layer of material properties and the direction of the layer may be different, so the composite material modeling than the average isotropic material is very difficult.

At present, the optional materials of MEMS mechanism chiefly include silicon and metal.
Many scientific organizations have measured the property of LIGA nickel material, and it comes out that material property has big the parametric dispersibility and has notable difference with the traditional nickel material in the aspects of hardness, elastic strength and yield strength [3].
Under the effect of external environment stress, the material property may changes.

Meso-level numerical model In the past, many meso-mechanical (or micromechanical) models had been proposed to model the fracture of brittle materials [1, 2].
E and E0 are elastic modulus of the damaged and the undamaged material, respectively.
Summary A new micromechanical approach to modeling the mechanical behavior of excavation damaged zone of anisotropic rock is presented based on knowledge of the inhomogeneity and anisotropic compound materials.
