Introduction Currently, sculptures have a wide range of applications, but the NC machining efficiency of sculptures is very low, there are two primary reasons: the first, the sculptured surfaces are complex, the geometric characters and curvatures of the surface change large, the second, the machining of sculptures belongs to brittle and hard materials machining, the machining mills wear seriously.

Many materials with different surfaces have been developed for dental and orthopedics implants.
When these materials are inserted into bone several biological reactions occur.
However, due to the passivation property of titanium, the healing process is slower than the other implant materials with bioactive properties such as calcium phosphates [11], furthermore the fixation of the implant is weaker when compared to calcium phosphate (CaP) materials [12].
Materials and Methods The Ti-7.5Mo alloy was produces from sheets of commercially pure titanium (99.9%) and molybdenum (99.9%).
