The factors influencing sealing performance are considered, such as initial compressibility, sealing materials.
The seal material and compression ratio are both great influence on the sealing performance , which should be based on working conditions to select the appropriate sealing materials.
In this paper, the same sealing structure is established for three different materials seal to simulate their own the sealing performance.
The three materials seals worked in the maximum contact stress curve is shown in Fig.3, and the maximum shear stress curve is shown in Fig.4.

This study carried on the research in amplifying 16S rDNA gene fragment of strainDX1 mutated by UV, analyzing sequence of strain DX1 by universal primers, structuring phylogenetic tree in order to accurate determine category of strainDX1.

Abstract: Research on innovation design of visual 2.5D effect black-and-white digital jacquard fabric is carried out based on layered-combination design mode and design method of full-color compound structure.
