Introduction The use of FRP materials in structural strengthening of civil and monumental buildings has been found to be effective and affordable thanks to the research done in the last decades [1].
Even if the problem of fatigue has been extensively studied from FRP laminates [2], there are no information about the products used in retrofitting of civil structures.
Specimen Preparation One critical limit state of civil structures are fatigue and long term behaviour and previous reviews of existing data from mechanical and aerospace applications are often used to determine the applicability to civil constructions.
The authors are also grateful for continuing support from colleagues in the Mechanical & Construction Engineering Department.

There will occur energy in the process when rock was stressed, deformed until be destroyed, and the energy will produce acoustic wave, and will released in the form of acoustic emission, thus the acoustic emission technology can be used in testing the rock engineering, and through which may settle the safety problem in the rock engineering construction.
Although researchers combine the acoustic emission technology with a little practical study of geological and mining engineering and tunnel engineering, the practical data were still very little.

But in the actual engineering, the concrete column’s longitudinal steel bars between hoopings buckles because of its not enough buckling strength, then cracks are easily occurred around the column, the concrete was crushed and the column was destroyed.
In the future, the carbon fibre composite material will be used more extensively in civil engineering.
The beneficial exploration about C-BAR reinforcement replacing rebar has been done, the experimental data has a referenced purpose for engineering application.

Abstract.
In view of the dry shrinkage performance, the study is done on the research of the general concrete structure (C) enhancement effect and strengthening mechanism for the wide use in engineering foundation.
Therefore, how to ensure the concrete pavement strength and improve the durability performance becomes a hot issue in the engineering community.
The rapid development of our major infrastructure construction has caused a close attention on the concrete science and engineering circles, and this is the tremendous impetus of durability research[3].As a new structure form of pavement engineering, the durability of the layer steel fiber reinforced concrete structure is also one of the important researches.
According to the highway engineering cement and cement concrete test code (JTG E30-2005), the plate center of the test mode ends has two holes in order to embed the measuring head.
