The structures of the thin films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) using CuKα radiation (Bruker D8 Advance) from 10° to 70°.
The structure of the thin film has been investigated by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy.
The structure was characterized by XRD and Raman spectra, which indicated that the CMTS thin film has a stannite structure.

The results were further confirmed using SEM image in which catalyst activation under nitrogen flow has produced abundance microcrystal structure than under air condition.
The structure and morphology of the catalyst were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM;Carl Zeiss EVO MA 10) at the accelerating voltage of 15kv.
From the Scherrer equation, the average crystal size of the catalyst is between 23 to 31nm indicates that the catalyst was in the nanocrystals structure.

In this work it was carried out the synthesis of Bi2InTaO7 pyrochlore-type structure compound by the sol-gel method.
By X-Ray powder diffraction the sol-gel compound calcined at 600°C showed the pyrochlore-type structure phase and by scanning electron microscopy its morphology revealed the presence of particles with size lower than 1 micron.
Introduction Pyrochlore-type structure compounds prepared by solid state reaction have been showed to be excellent photocatalyst for water splitting reaction and for the organic pollutants degradation [1-7].
These compounds are showing the pyrochlore-type structure.

Study on the Energy Band Structure of La Doped ZnO Xiaoqing Liu1,a,Ruifang Zhang1,b,Yiguo Su1,c and Xiaojing Wang*,1,d 1College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Inner Mongolia University, huhehaote city,010021, P.R.
Based on the data of the band structure, DOS (Density of State) and PDOS( Partial Density of States), atomic populations and net charge, the influence on the energy band structure of the macrostructure of ZnO and La-doped ZnO was investigated.
It is the hotspot field to modify the structure and to produce the unique properties by doping foreign element.
Based on the electronic structure, the band structure, the state of density, the optical properties and Mulliken charge, the relation among energy band, optical properties and the microstructure of ZnO material doped by rare earth ions were investigated.
The position of two O atoms in crystal cell is (1/3, 2/3, µ) and (2/3, 1/3, µ+ 1/2) respectively, in which µ is an internal parameters of fiber zinc structure.

The materials prepared with different precursor compositions have been analysed to determine the structure and the magnetic properties.
The sample Ag50Ni50 was annealed in a vacuum of 10-6 mbar at 500oC for 1 hour and analyzed in order to confirm its structure.
Results and discussion Structure Analysis and surface morphology.
The relative intensities of these fcc structure peaks are also comparable with those of the standard silver peaks.
The structure analysis of the as prepared materials exhibit single fcc structure peaks similar to the fcc phase of Ag.

Nano-ceramic materials All materials were synthesized through wet chemistry processes obtaining ZnO powders in a large variety of nanoforms shaped like nano-sheets (NS), bisphenoidal nanoaggregates (BP), nano-flowers (NF), short and long acicular nanocrystals (SN and LN), nano-spindles (not considered in this work) and flower-like structures (FL).
SEM micrographs of ZnO nanocrystals: short needles (a), long needles (b), flower-like structures (c).
However, the fine structure is given by nanoparticles of about 60-70 nm sized.
The same situation is offered by the bisphenoids which z axis is about 10 µm and the fine structure is constituted by nanoparticles only slightly lower than those of the NS powders, while NF sample showed grains about 30 nm in size in a flower structure which diameter is about 1 µm.
