Zeolite NaY is used as host for CdS nanoparticles since it exhibits the FAU (faujasite) structure and more active and stable at higher temperature due to the higher Si/Al content.
The encapsulations of the semiconductors within the host material were not only done to obtain a uniform dispersion and confinement of particles but also they offer a porous structure to suppress the recombination process and prevent the semiconductor species that undergoes photocorrosion process by limiting the exposed area [6].
The first main peak of MO at visible region was due to the initiation of chromophores with an azo group and the second weak peak at UV region is due to the benzene ring structure of MO.

The X-ray diffraction spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were measured for RE0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δ thin films with perovskite structure.
The amount of oxygen vacancy and the chemistry state for RE1-xSrxCoO3-δ thin films were discussed.
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS, PHI QUANTERA SXM) with monochromatic Al radiation , an energy resolution 0.5 eV, and sensitivity 3 M CPS, was used to study the elemental composition and chemistry state.
To better understand the growth behavior of RE0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δ on YSZ, we focus on the RE0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δ and YSZ atomic lattice structure.

The parameters for TiO2 and TiO2-CeO2 solids characterizing its crystalline structure and its average crystalline size were calculated by Rietveld refinement.
