Recently Alivov et al. reported on the growth of nZnO/p-6H-SiC heterostructure diodes by plasma-assisted molecular-beam epitaxy (MBE) and on their photoresponse properties [8, 9].
Ohmic contacts to the n-ZnO layer and p-SiC substrate were achieved by vacuum evaporation of 300/1000 Å-thick Au/Al and Au/Ni metal layers, respectively.
Photoresponse properties of the n-ZnO/p-6H-SiC heterojunctions were also measured at roomtemperature (RT), and in contrast to electroluminescence (EL), high photosensitivity to UV radiation was observed.

From the longitudinal view of time, we can see the evolutionary trajectory for IT/IS research: 1980s, the research is focused on the system planning and application advantages of corporate positioning under the strategic framework; 1990s, the research direction mainly focused on the integration of internal and external resources; since 2000, due to the arrival of network times, IT/IS faced the impact of uncertainty competitive factors and dynamic theory (Yasmin Merali et al., 2012).
Path combination four:⑤⑦and⑧ (The evolution of IT architecture under business strategy) We can draw a conclusion from the research of Nelson (2010)and Mohamed El Mekawy(2009)that internal factors decide the path we choose.
