Introduction The rare-earth (RE) doping of Si and Si-related materials [1-8] in the last years has been extensively studied for the development of light-emitting devices in the Si-based optoelectronics initiated by the reports on the photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) centered at around 1.54 μm of Er3+ (4I13/2→4I15/2) in Si [9].
Er Yb codope is an efficient way to improve the luminescence efficiency of Er in Si-related materials.

In this paper, the study area to obtain engineering geological environment location, meteorology and hydrology, topography, lithology, geological structure, hydrogeological conditions, seismic activity and other aspects of human engineering activities; but also on the study area loess landslide material composition, physical properties of soil mechanics environmental conditions, hydrological properties, mechanical properties, microstructure and other aspects collapsible research.
Zhangcunwan loess landslides are composed of loose porous material loose, fractured, is a kind of meta-stable soil structure.
After the soil with water, collapsible and easy to soften, which is the material basis with a slumping natural tendency.
