Introduction The change of macro-mechanics induced by material meso-structure evolution is a very important research subject of solid mechanics and material science.
Rock is a multiphase material composed of several kinds of mineral grains, cements, micro-pores and cracks.
Brittle or ductile materials should be studied on the meso-level.

Moreover, the method of manufacturing such ceramics can be effectively employed to control the size and shape of MEMS devices, as well as material properties through tailoring the chemistry of the organic precursors.
Experimental Materials.
This assumption is hold for materials with a single reaction and no other enthalpy events, such as the evaporation of solvent or volatile components, enthalpy relaxation, or significant changes in heat capacity with conversion.

What is important, the tendency to reduce the thermal conductivity of insulation materials influences on increased porosity of these materials.
Increased porosity leads to increased air permeability for such materials, like: mineral wool, glass wool or other fibrous materials.
These materials are highly air permeable.
The authors found that all the investigated materials are highly air permeable, for many materials not measured yet.
