The synchrotron diffraction technique is a well-adapted method to determine such stress gradients in strongly absorbing materials due to the capability of penetration power of high energy X-rays.
In this paper, the materials and the methods we used will be described.
The base material used was the 32CrMoV13 steel grade.

Shear wall exceeds the limits of the necessary, however, is not the economy, shear wall is too much, although there is a strong seismic ability, but because the stiffness is too big, cycle is too short, the earthquake is increased, not only increase the upper material, also bring difficulty to the foundation design, have a certain ability to resist side other framework, to determine the reasonable number of shear wall is particularly important for structure optimization design.
Elastic-plastic time history analysis method analysis steps Time-history analysis of the structure, generally can be divided into the following steps: (1)According to the building of site conditions, factors such as intensity, selecting several typical earthquake acceleration time-history curve with different characteristics, as the design of seismic wave input; (2)According to the mechanics characteristics of structure system, establish reasonable structure vibration model; (3)According to the material properties, structure type and condition, choosing the proper structure of restoring force model, and determine the structure of the corresponding to (or components) of cracking, yielding and ultimate displacement restoring force characteristic parameters of feature points, and the restoring force characteristic curve of each line segment stiffness value; (4)Establishing a structure under the action of earthquake vibration differential equations; (5)Using the step-by-step integration

Materials and methods Treatment of materials The chestnut came from Shimen Town, Huangpi Region, Wuhan City(China) in the middle ten days of September and were dipped into different concentration solution of sodium hypochlorite, Sodium sorbate and calcium propionate respectively, then were put into plastic bag(50*70cm) which ostium was 4cm diametre to exchang air.
