The main material of covering parts size accuracy performance parameters is affected by the yield limit of sigma s plastic modulus, elastic modulus E and E1, hardening exponent n, thick anisotropic coefficient r, etc.The higher is material yield limit sigma s, the greater is the deformation of elastic recovery.The greater is the elastic modulus E and plastic modulus of E1, the smaller is the elastic recovery.
The recovery of N value materials is smaller (as shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig.4).

Introduction The growing demands of materials with high temperature capability in industries such as thermal power plants, transportation and materials processing have increased dramatically since early 1900s [1].
Materials with the necessary capability were rarely available and the importance of high temperature materials in determining equipment performance and reliability was gradually appreciated [2].
High temperature materials research in the metals and alloys area is still an extremely important field, and new alloy and composite materials are continually being developed for new applications.
In materials science and technology, high temperature can be defined as a temperature equals to, or greater than, approximately two-thirds of the melting point of a solid.

Analysis was performed, according to the following test methods and activities: non-destructive testing, visual inspection, radiographic testing, chemical analysis of screws sample materials, mechanical properties of screws' materials.
Next, investigation of mechanical properties of materials screws (yield stress, tensile strength, elongation, hardness and contraction of cross section) was done.
This result indicates that the materials of these screws deformation strengthened to a greater extent during operation compared to the other two used unbroken screws.
Fracture surfaces of broken screws are combined action of metallurgical instability of materials and operating conditions.
Unfavorable structure of materials and pre-existing mechanical damage in the root zone threading screws affect the expansion of existing cracks to the final fracture.
