Hence, the environmental safety of the production and application of Biochar fertilizer will be analyzed using a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach to evaluate energy consumption and raw materials, emissions emitted into the environment, and other wastes related to the life cycle of a product or system [11].
Initially, the raw materials of the PKS were washed from impurities and dried under the sun’s light radiation for 1 to 2 days followed by chopping into pieces approximately ± 2 mm in diameter.
Furthermore, secondary data about the amount of material used and the energy consumption for the process is obtained from the journal [12].
The consumption of materials and energy in this whole process can impact the environment due to the emission of GHGs.
Meanwhile, the variable cost value includes the capital cost for raw materials (including commercial fertilizers), the wage for manpower, electricity and fuel costs from the CPO and biochar production process.

Zeolite 4A consisting of polyhedron is a kind of adsorption materials which are synthesized by cheap and industrial waste materials[1].
Table 1 Chemical composition of laterite nickel slag Ingredients SiO2 Fe2O3 MgO Al2O3 K2O Others Percentage(%) 83.84 4.59 2.79 2.25 1.30 5.23 When materials were acquired, the preparation steps for Zeolite were as following: (1)Make the laterite nickel slags after magnetic separation pass through 200 mesh sieve, the finer slag, the higher hydrothermal degree; (2)Regarding sodium hydroxide as activator, the raw materials are calcined at 500 °C where crystallinity reaches the maximum for 2h[5]; (3)Add a certain proportion of deionized water and stir, then filter; (4)Mix a specific ratio of NaAlO2 to the extracted liquid slags to adjust Si/Al molar ratio; (5)Add distilled water, and stir it 3h to be uniform with magnetic stirrer for further refined of materials and uniform distribution of water, and then plasticity index of mixture increase obviously, good for nucleation of Zeolite[6]; (6)Crystallize at constant temperature for 8h in 100°C dry box; (7)Wash the crystalline product

Therefore, FRP has been the important supplement for concrete, steel and other traditional structural materials [4].
A small quantity of FRP materials is used as closed shell in the structural members, which can protect internal reinforced concrete member from the corrosion of external harmful media.
