The necessity of low carbon energy-saving building The so-called low carbon energy-saving building is to point to the entire life cycle of construction, the using of building materials and construction methods, to reduce the consumption of traditional fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas, and energy efficiency.
Sino-Singapore Tianjin eco-city low-carbon ecological park experience centre project Project Overview Fig. 1 Low carbon ecological park, experience perspective Fig.2 Building glass curtain wall in the south facade The ecological science and technology park low-carbon experience center (figure 2) project is located in the southern area of QiBu district Science and Technology Park of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin eco-city.
In addition, to maximize the use of space and energy efficiency, enhance the flexibility and interaction of the space, increase the green space landscape, as far as possible to use recyclable materials, etc. as far as possible to achieve the goal of true low carbon.
Currently, many of the so-called low carbon buildings just stay in the stage of focusing on the application of new materials, new technology and new equipment; it seems as if only combine the latest and best technology together is the real green and low-carbon.

Although an application of ML materials has not been commercialized due to their relatively short emission period, yet they are expected to be used as the novel nondestructive techniques for damage detections, modern visual force/stress sensor or structural health monitoring systems [14, 15].
Due to the fact that an electron-hole recombination contributes to the light emission in luminescent materials [32], the number of photons emitted within deformed domains should be proportional to the change in number of conducting electrons.
