Development and utilization is one of current international trend of development of concrete technology [1].
The desulfurization gypsum to replace 30% of cement dosage, add 0.6-1.0% water reducer prepared into concrete, its strength to meet the strength requirements of C30 concrete, impermeability to meet P12 impermeability grade requirements; and the concrete has the characteristics of  no segregation, no bleeding, cohesiveness, low water binder ratio, high working performance. 3.The workability, strength mixed with desulfurized gypsum concrete can meet the requirement of construction engineering and road engineering construction; it can make use of  FGD gypsum,  and can solve the environmental pollution.
