Conveyor.Equipment requires that the conveyor can cast the topsoil containing membrane stubble cited the stubble shovel to the drum sieve inside smoothly.There is not siltation soil between the front-end of conveyor and the walkways of the blade.The rear end of the conveyor does not wrap around the plastic film.It drains the soil but it does not leak film.Its lifting angle of the material has certain throwing capabilities.
Conveyor linear speed must be greater than the unit forward speed, otherwise it will appear conveying material retention, causing blockage.If the linear speed is too far ,the material will be projected too fast and affect the effective length of the sieving soil ,increase transmission power consumption and abrasion of the chain.
According to design requirements of the whole machine,the horizontal distance of throwing material should be around S = 15cm,It will not cause mulch back wrapped if it is more than 10cm.
