Introduction Unlike traditional lasers which a Fabry-Perot cavity and an optical gain material are indispensable for the system to lase, RL is a special kind of lasers in which the cavity is formed with closed-loop random cavities owing to multiple scattering of photons in the amplifying media and determines the resonant frequency and threshold of the lasers.

The TiO2 materials without P123 have smaller surface area though the isotherms(curve a) are also of type IV, whereas, the materials exhibit the smaller surface area of 114.1 m2⋅g −1 only, suggesting the presence of P123 can accelerate the growth of pore structure.
