Abstract.
The basic principle of mass scaling technique is based on the amplification of part or the whole unit mass to reduce the material velocity, improve the stability limit and increase the time increment.

Actually, the corncob acid hydrolyzed residua is an excellent non-wood materials in pulping because of its high cellulose content.
Afterwards, the resultant materials were filtered, washed with hot ethanol solution and hot water, squeezed and separated with pulp screen.
